To help new employees integrate into the work environment more quickly, enhance their sense of identification, belonging, and responsibility towards Guoxin, while further mastering internal systems and behavioral norms, cultivating a good work attitude, and becoming a qualified "Guoxin person". The group has decided to conduct a special training on the Employee Handbook, which will be led by internal lecturer Lin Liang from the Administration Department.
Through this systematic employee handbook training, new employees have gained a further understanding of the group's development history, cultural concepts, various rules and regulations, and process approval.
After the training, the Human Resources and Administration Center conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the training results for new employees, and all new employees passed the assessment smoothly and achieved good results.
